Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu
Arrival in Kathmandu. Meet and greet with flower garland at the airport and transfer to your hotel.

Overnight at Hotel, Kathmandu

Day 02: AM: (Optional) Mountain Flight. Drive Kathmandu/Dhulikhel (B)
Early morning, transfer to the domestic airport in time to connect your mountain flight. After the flight, transfer to the hotel for breakfast.

After breakfast, drive Kathmandu/Dhulikhel. Dhulikhel is set on a hill ridge and enveloped in copper soiled terraces with magnificent views of the central Himalayan peaks. Dhulikhel is well known for its sunrise views.  It's a good way to get a glimpse of Nepalese village life.

Day 03: Full day sightseeing tour of Dhulikhel and Panauti (B)
Beautiful sunrise view from the room. Then, proceed on sightseeing tour of Dhulikhel. After that, walk through scattered huts and farms to Panauti, an old interesting Newari village. Panauti village is located at the confluence of the Punyamati & Roshi Khola rivers. Panauti was once an important staging post on the Tibet trade route with pre-Lichhavi origins. The banks of the river are crowded with temples, shrines and cremation ghats. Across the river lie the Brahmayani temple and the biggest Shivalingam in Nepal. The Indreshwar Mahadev temple is a 15th century Newari structure with exquisite woodcarvings especially on the roof struts.
Then, transfer back to the hotel for overnight.

Day 04: Drive Dhulikhel/Nagarkote (B)
After breakfast, drive Dhulikhel/Nagarkote. Nagarkote is located 32 kilometers east of Kathmandu, and one of the most scenic spots in Bhaktapur district and is renowned for its spectacular sunrise view of the Himalaya. Nagarkote has become famous as one of the best spots to view Mount Everest as well as other snow-topped peaks of the Himalayan range of eastern Nepal. It also offers an excellent view of the Indrawati river valley to the east. With an elevation of 2,195 meters, Nagarkote also offers a panoramic view of the Valley.

Day 05: AM: Sunrise view. PM: Free for optional activities (B)
Early morning, sunrise view from your room. Day is free for optional activities or relaxation.

Day 06: AM: Drive Nagarkote/Kathmandu visiting Bhaktapur en route. PM: Sightseeing tour of Boudhnatha stupa (B)
After breakfast, drive Nagarkote/Kathmandu visiting Bhaktapur en route. Entering the Durbar Square (palace square) through the Royal Gate, the sparseness of the temples is immediately apparent, compared to the profusion in the durbar squares of Kathmandu and Patan. Many of the highly decorated buildings and shrines were destroyed in the 1934 earthquake. However, the main square still contains a few temples and other architectural show pieces; the Lion Gate, the statue of Bhupatindra Malla, the Palace of 55 windows, the Bell of the barking dogs, the Batsala temple, the Nyatapola temple and the replica of Pashupatinath temple. Return to Kathmandu.
Upon arrival in Kathmandu, proceed on to sightseeing tour of Boudhanath stupa, one of Nepal's largest Stupa of Bodhnath. This Stupa, set in a pattern of a "Mandala" is encircled by houses and monasteries where Rinpoches (Buddhist monks) reside. Around the base is a ring of 108 images of the Buddha and 147 insets containing prayer wheels.

Day 07: Departure (B)
Free for leisure or last minute shopping until departure. Then, transfer to the international airport on time to connect your outbound flight.
