Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu
Arrival in Kathmandu. Meet and greet with flower garland at the airport and transfer to your hotel.

Day 02: AM: (Optional) Mountain Flight. Full day sightseeing tours of Kathmandu city, Swoyambhunath stupa and Patan city (B)
Early morning, transfer to the domestic airport in time to connect your mountain flight. After the flight, transfer to the hotel for breakfast.
After breakfast, proceed on to a sightseeing tour of Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal. Visit Kumari Bahal, the Temple of the Living Goddess, Kumari who is considered to be the incarnation of the “virgin goddess”. Further visit the Hanuman Dhoka Durbar. The temples, shrines and different sections of the palace are contributions of various dynasties over centuries and epitomize the religious and cultural life of the people.
Continue further to Swoyambhunath stupa, situated west of Kathmandu. It is a 2500 years old Buddhist stupa located at a top of green hillock with the eyes of Buddha painted on its pinnacle overlooking righteous behaviour of the valley inhabitants.
Afternoon, visit Patan city, also known as Lalitpur or the "city of beauty". Patan is well known for its intricately carved temples, narrow lanes and quaint shops. See the intricately stone-carved Krishna temple, Patan Durbar Square and Hiranyavarna Mahavihar (golden temple).

Day 03: AM: Drive Kathmandu/Bhaktapur. Sightseeing of Bhaktapur and Changunarayan. PM: Sightseeing of Boudhanath stupa (B)
After breakfast, drive Kathmandu/Bhaktapur. Then, visit Bhaktapur. Entering the Durbar Square (palace square) through the Royal Gate, the sparseness of the temples is immediately apparent, compared to the profusion in the durbar squares of Kathmandu and Patan. Many of the highly decorated buildings and shrines were destroyed in the 1934 earthquake. However, the main square still contains a few temples and other architectural show pieces; the Lion Gate, the statue of Bhupatindra Malla, the Palace of 55 windows, the Bell of the barking dogs, the Batsala temple, the Nyatapola temple and the replica of Pashupatinath temple.
Continue to Changu Narayan temple, the temple is one of the oldest hindu temples of the valley, and is believed to be constructed in the 4th century. Changu Narayan is the name of Vishnu, and the Temple is dedicated to him. A stone slab discovered in the vicinity of the temple dates to the 5th century, and is the oldest such stone inscription discovered in Nepal.It is listed as one of the world heritage site by UNESCO.
The Changu Narayan Temple is one of seven structures cited by UNESCO as demonstrating the historic and artistic achievements that make the Kathmandu Valley.
Afternoon, drive back to Kathmandu and proceed on a sightseeing tour of Boudhnath stupa, one of Nepal's largest Stupa of Bodhnath. This Stupa, set in a pattern of a "Mandala" is encircled by houses and monasteries where Rinpoches (Buddhist monks) reside. Around the base is a ring of 108 images of the Buddha and 147 insets containing prayer wheels.

Day 04: Departure transfer (B)
Free for leisure or last minute shopping until departure. Then, transfer to the international airport on time to connect your outbound flight.
